The villa is located near the beach of Pineta di Maria Pia, in Alghero and is surrounded by greenery, among fruit trees, flowers and palms.

The house, characterized by the main body and the nearby annex, consists of 3 large bedrooms for a total of 8 beds, an open space lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, veranda.

Outside the Villa has a large terrace, a magnificent garden with lawn, fruit trees, barbecue, garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas, shaded gazebo).

Villa degli Ulivi is the ideal place to spend your holidays in close contact with nature immersed in a lush garden of plants at a short distance from the beach and Alghero.

The villa, completely independent, is located close to the beach and the centre of Alghero at a short distance from the town. The locality in which the villa is located is called Ungias.

Villa degli Ulivi consists of a single floor and the adjoining annexe, for a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Both structures, rented for the exclusive use of our guests, are surrounded by large covered verandas furnished with outdoor furniture that overlook the large garden.

The villa is completely independent and offers its guests every possible comfort.

Parking space, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, Wifi, outdoor hot and cold shower, laundry, a large porch and a terrace to enjoy all hours of the day and evening.

The main body of the villa comprises the kitchen, the two large bedrooms, the covered and furnished veranda which is used as a lounge, furnished with table, chairs and television.

The living room with the large windows is the true relaxation area of the villa, full of light and overlooking the well-kept garden.

The villa is situated just 5 minutes drive from all the beaches.

Villa degli Ulivi has a large and well-kept garden, adorned with countless native (a wonderful century-old olive tree) and tropical plants.

NOTES:

The rent will be referred to the number of persons indicated at the time of booking. Confirmation of check in time at least 3 days before arrival.

To be paid on arrival in cash tourist tax and deposit of €400,00 to protect against possible damages.

The deposit will be returned on departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is left free of rubbish
