Villa Tramonto offers the possibility to stay in one of the most beautiful hilly areas of Alghero, close to the sea and with a frame of olive groves to surround it. The sunsets from the large terrace overlooking the sea will provide moments of poignant beauty.

Inside the villa, it has a surface of 240 m², air conditioning with independent splits, WiFi, 3 large bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), large living room with fireplace, large and bright kitchen with table for 12 people, with dishwasher, oven, fridge and all cooking utensils. A large covered veranda facing the sea completes the picture.

Outside the villa has a large covered veranda, furnished with tables and chairs, barbecue, garden furniture and 6000 m² of land complete the picture.

The villa consists of two floors divided as follows:

ground floor, large living room with fireplace, large kitchen equipped with all utensils (dishwasher and air conditioning), bathroom with tub and covered veranda facing the sea. The internal surface area of the lounge and kitchen is 140 m².

First Floor: On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms, two of them with fantastic sea view, very bright, and furnished with style and each with air conditioning.

The villa is suitable for those people who wish to live in a beautiful dwelling, with wide spaces, both inside and outside, a large private garden and a wonderful sea view.

To be paid on arrival in cash the tourist tax and the security deposit of €400,00 to protect against possible damages.
