Villa Solara is a large and bright detached villa in Stintino, with a large garden and private swimming pool with spectacular sea views.

The villa is decorated in traditional Sardinian style and the combination with the surrounding nature, between the green trees and the turquoise sea, makes it unique.

Villa is characterized by large spaces, both inside and outside, veranda, large swimming pool with sea view, garden and air conditioning, 2 private parking spaces and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Located in the prestigious context of the Country Paradise of Stintino, Villa Solara is a wonderful villa of 130 sqm, with covered veranda overlooking the sea, garden furnished with outdoor furniture, private pool (5×6 meters) close to all services.

The villa is equipped with a large newly renovated kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, two on the lower floor and two on the upper floor of the villa characterized by an additional private veranda overlooking the sea.

Each sleeping area has its own bathroom.

From the large living room characterized by large windows you can access the covered veranda furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea and continue to the pool. The living room surrounded by the lush garden is perfect for outdoor dining with an extraordinary view.

From the house within a radius of 3-4 kilometres you can reach many coves of unparalleled beauty. The jagged coastline of the Stintino peninsula is full of inlets with an alternation of coves on one side and beaches on the other side, the former are still unspoilt and of unparalleled beauty.

In the vicinity of the villa there is a shuttle bus service that runs continuously to the Pelosa beach, to the Saline beach and to the town of Stintino.

The public bus service is available from 7 a.m. to midnight from June to October.

The villa is located in a residential complex where there are: shops, shopping centre, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants, pizzerias, cash dispenser, church, entertainment. At 200m from the Residence Country Paradise you will also find a medical service, a swimming pool with entertainment, baby parking, golf course and helicopter service.

The villa is on two floors with 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 2 children in cots. It is possible to add a bed in the bedroom for a child, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).

The villa is located on the north-west coast, a quiet and safe area, with its breathtaking views, wild and unspoilt nature, a true paradise for lovers of the sea, in contact with an environment still pure and untouched.
