Villa Smeralda in Alghero is a prestigious detached villa just 4 km from the city centre, situated on a promontory overlooking a valley covered with olive trees and pine trees.

The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a prestigious setting.

The villa is ideal for 8 adults and 1 child. Built on one level, the villa is in fact very spacious both inside and outside, and is furnished with fine furniture.

The interior of the Villa

Villa Smeralda in Alghero has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The other two rooms have the use of the two bathrooms, which are equipped with showers. There is an outbuilding in the villa, with a double bed, lounge, and bathroom with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, four burner stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and a table around which 8 people can comfortably sit.

The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofas. Also available to guests: Local satellite TV, CD player and radio. There is also free WiFi. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the house cool in summer. Cost 70€ per week.

Outside the Villa

The impressive infinity pool (8mx7m - 130/ 280cm deep) is a beautiful turquoise colour. The pool is 2.80m deep at its deepest point. To maximise life in the garden next to the pool there is also a complete barbecue area and a covered terrace (pergola) for warm summer evenings and al fresco dining. The large garden surrounding the villa is full of pine trees and ancient olive trees.

The property is surrounded by large landscaped gardens with old pine and olive trees, where you will be delighted to find a beautiful private refreshing swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
