Villa Mugoni is one of the 2 villas that make up the Villa Residenza alla Collina, which is located near the most beautiful and suggestive beaches of Alghero, with a large relaxing garden and a shared sea view swimming pool.

The Villa enjoys an enchanting sea view from the infinity pool.

For our guests the Home SPA with two hours of free use.

Additional entrances to the wellness area at a cost of € 100 for each hour of Home SPA with a heated hydro massage tub, infrared sauna and emotional shower.

Residenza La Collina consists of 2 independent villas and can be rented in its entirety for exclusive use or only one of the 2 villas and is located in Guardia Grande, close to the beaches of Porticciolo, Porto Ferro and Mugoni.

The pool measures 5 metres by 10 metres and is 1,50cm deep. The pool is shared by the 2 villas.

For our guests the Home SPA with two hours of free use.

Villa Mugoni has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary and a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, veranda and garden with lawn.

In the house there is an unlimited Wifi Internet connection.

Outside the Villa has a large terrace, lawn, barbecue, garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas), parking space, outdoor shower and swimming pool for shared use.

The house, with its beautiful terrace, is ideal for outdoor evening dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is equipped with all comforts, (washing machine, satellite TV, bed linen, iron and ironing board, towels, hair dryer, etc.), everything you need for a comfortable and familiar stay in Sardinia.

The location of the house, just 2 km from the sea and near the town centre, away from the city traffic and the hordes of tourists, make it the ideal retreat for those who want to combine a holiday in Alghero with the comfort of a cosy and comfortable accommodation. The rate includes: water, electricity and gas.
