Inside the villa, divided into 2 floors connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one bedroom with two single beds + 2 extra beds).

In the house there are 3 bathrooms with shower. In the garden near the pool there is an outdoor shower. Gazebo with table and barbecue. In the house there is a living room with direct access to the garden and the pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

The washing machine is located in the laundry area. In the villa there is air conditioning. The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool and the large windows of the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden. The villa is in the middle of a large lawn with olive trees and palms.

In the lawn, in front of the veranda is the private swimming pool (16 x 5) with a lower part suitable for children and a higher part where you can dive in. Around the pool there are deckchairs and umbrellas. The villa and the garden, for the exclusive use of the guests, have been designed for the safety of the youngest children.

The area where the villa is located, very close to the city centre, is very quiet but not isolated as there are numerous villas inhabited all year round. There is an open-air veranda with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners near the pool.
