The villa is located 10 minutes from the most renowned beaches of Alghero, Le Bombarde and Il Lazzaretto, Mugoni and Porto Conte. A short distance away is also the town of Stintino which is just half an hour away.

The villa is treated in every detail and is furnished with a modern taste and contemporary style.

For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash on arrival.

Villa Mariposa is divided into two distinct and independent floors (a mezzanine floor and a ground floor).

The large covered veranda overlooking the swimming pool is the living area of the villa, and is furnished with garden chairs and tables. The ground floor, however, has a large dining room, kitchenette and 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom.

Each room has its own complete bathroom (1 with tub and the others with shower), air conditioning, satellite and terrestrial TV. The two floors can be rented individually or together, depending on the number of people.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with an English lawn that frames the whole complex. The large garden, completely fenced, is illuminated at night and it is possible to park inside in the appropriate parking lots.

The swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and a large wooden pergola, ideal for enjoying the Sardinian sun and having a nice dip in the water afterwards. An outdoor shower cabin is located behind the swimming pool, with sink and toilet. Loungers and deckchairs all around the pool.

To remember the presence of a comfortable barbecue where you can grill and enjoy unforgettable moments with friends and family.

In the villa it is worth mentioning the caretaker's morning presence who takes care of the lawn and the daily cleaning of the swimming pool. The caretaker, who lives in a separate and autonomous wing of the villa during the day, is not present in the villa. THE
