Our guests can use the two bicycles at their disposal and leave their car in the reserved car park under the house.

The beach can be reached on foot, with a short walk of a few minutes.

Casa Claudia is the ideal house for holidays by the sea, structured to accommodate up to 5 people, is located about 500 meters from the beach of Lido San Giovanni and the pine forest of Maria Pia.

Internet WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, parking space and large furnished outdoor patio and shower.

The house has two large bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and possibly an extra bed.

Bathroom with shower. Large and bright kitchen. Ideal for holidays by the sea. No need to rent a car. Everything is close to the house. Beach, bars, restaurants, town center, marina. The town and the sea can be easily reached with the bikes provided for our guests. A deposit of 100€ is required for the bikes.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a typical Alghero building close to the beach and has an internal living area of 70 square meters and a large outdoor area furnished with sofas, umbrellas, chairs, un table and rocking chair.

The house is located near the Lido San Giovanni, with access to the beach (of white sand) at 500 meters.

The flat is located in an elegant and well-served area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity, usable without a car. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, beach, centre, are literally under the house.

The large size of the flat can easily accommodate 4 to 5 people.

The position of this flat is enchanting, situated as it is near the sea and a short distance from the historic center of Alghero.
