This incredible penthouse with spectacular views is located on the second floor of a stately building situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Alghero close to the centre.

The property is 140 m² and fully equipped, so you'll have everything you need during your stay!

The penthouse has a large sea view terrace fully furnished with tables and sun loungers, deckchairs and sofas, where you can relax while watching the sea.

If you want to go for a dip in the sea, just go down to the house and there you can bathe in one of the many coves with crystal-clear sea that are located below the house.

The house is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Under the house is the terminus for the bus that goes to the beaches of the Riviera del Corallo.

The house consists of an open space lounge with sea view, 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower. In each room there is air conditioning.

The bedrooms are 3 doubles and one twin. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and all rooms have sea views and a terrace.

Each room has its own veranda.

The kitchen is equipped with everything, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, ideal to satisfy the most discerning chefs.
