The house is located in the centre, on the beach, in a building at a short distance from the historic centre. Its central location allows you to reach the beaches in a few minutes walk on the 'Passeggiata Bousquet'.

The house is located in via Goceano and you don't need a car, you can easily move on foot or by bike.

The beach is just below the house. Supermarket and restaurants/pizzerias in the immediate vicinity, the car is not necessary.

The kitchenette is modern and perfectly equipped with fridge, gas hob, microwave, pots and pans and cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
