When you book with ClickSardegna, you're getting a really special property all to yourself. That's why we've set out clear, straightforward cancellation policies based on the rate you chose at the time of booking. Check them out below.
We recommend that you always add insurance policy to your booking: it’s the safest way to protect your stay in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Rate
Our standard rate allows you to cancel your stay up to 60 days before check-in. If you cancel within this time frame, the amount paid will be refunded, minus 18% plus VAT. After 60 days, no refund will be given in the event of a no-show or cancellation. Once you get the confirmation email, no refund will be given if you change your booking, arrive late, leave early or reduce the number of guests.

Non-Refundable Rate
Available on a selection of properties, this option offers a reduced rate compared to the standard price. Please note that in the event of cancellation, no-show, late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests, no refunds or booking modifications will be permitted.

EXTRA GUESTS
You may add guests to your booking provided you notify us before your arrival, subject to the property’s maximum occupancy limit. Any additional guests must be declared to ClickSardegna and approved prior to the start of the stay. Extra guests will incur an additional charge for each night of the booking, which the guest undertakes to pay in full. Please note that, by law, all occupants must be declared and registered: the presence of guests not notified in advance is not permitted and will lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, with the obligation to vacate the accommodation.

Protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances by taking out the Care4UHotel policy, which provides a refund if you have to cancel your booking before departure or cut your stay short.
